Tables deployed with data (OpenInsight Specific)

I created a runtime deployment using OI 3.7.1, where a number of tables were deployed with existing data. In the deployed application, the %RECORDS% record is showing up in Popups that select and display records from the tables that were deployed with data. The tables are deployed quickdexed/rightdexed. %RECORDS% does not display in Popups when run in the development environment.

Does anyone know of a remedy for this problem?
