Machine locks up using Win3.1 (OpenInsight Specific)

They can however click on any pusbuttons that we create for them and it works fine. The machine by the way is a Compaq. I have seen this problem before at a client site (with a Compaq) and before I had a chance to look into the problem they upgraded to Win95 (problem solved).
