I have a client who would like to track which process(es) a user runs, username who started that process, and when it finished. Where a process is a program or a window or a voc item.

While we could add code to every one of these processes, we have too many (over 700) to even consider this.

I have decided that I can more easily add a start and stop tracking program to each menu Code and Command, but even this seems like a lot of work. We would use a program to add the Code/Command to every menu line.

Would anyone have a better (means easier and faster to implement) idea on how to track who started what, when and how long it took to run? Ideally we would like to see each of the called processes too, but that is a very expendable ideal.

I'm afraid there isn't a generic tool that you can easily use, although the Sprezz folks may have one since they seem to have one of everything. If it was I/O you were tracking an MFS would do the trick, but you'll have to find a way to get to processing before and after the RUN module.
