Reporter DLL Error (OpenInsight Specific)

OI is working fine, except for Reporter, which gets the following error up execution:
"This application uses CTL3DV2.DLL which has not been correctly installed. CTL3DV2.DLL must be installed in the Windows System directory."
Reporter still runs, and seems to function OK, however this msg becomes tedious and obviously my system integrity has been compromised. Am I missing something else?

It sounds like you might be missing CTL3DV2.DLL.
Have you tried running the client install that shipped on the 3.4 disk?
