F9 Key and Save w/2part key (OpenInsight 16-Bit Specific)

If the table is a 1 part key, the F9, File/Save and clicking the Save F9 button all save the record.
Any ideas what I can do so the F9 and File/Save will save the data with multiple part keys?

This should work. I have forms with two-part keys. Using either F9 or clicking on a button will save the record.
Have you check the menu item to make sure that the F9 key is associated with the Save Action.

The lostfocus event updates the SAVEWARN property which would make sure the record is actually written away. You could try changing a field, tabbing off it (thus generating the lostfocus) and see if the change gets written away.

It wasn't a two part key problem. Based on the information the user gave me, it was a two part key. When I checked another form that worked with the F9 key, which happened to be a one part key, I assumed it was a 2 part key problem. That was not the case.
I had put a script on the Click event of the Save F9 button and not on the Write script of the form. I switched the script from the button to the Write it works with no problem.
