While I'm in the bug reporting mode I thought I would bring up another one that pesters me once in a while.

It seems that when I remove a table from an application and I tell the Impact Analysis to NOT set the flags, it does so anyways. Can this be readily fixed? If I'm not mistaken this creates problems with deployments and most of the time I don't check my flags to see if they've been set for any reason.
