Is it possible for BASIC+/OICGI to get an HTML file from another webserver as input.

I would like to create a routine, that is able to go for example through web-editions of local and regional newspapers and look for certain keywords.

If one of the keywords is found the corresponding HTML file and other references should be stored locally (=at our website) for further analysis.
