Test form not reading Data (OpenInsight Specific)

In our test environment, I am trying to "duplicate" a form (an AREV window) in OI. I have added the appropriate file and specified in the form (double click on the entry box) and specified the correct table and column for the data to be retrieved.
However, the data does not retrieve from an existing table.
There are two key fields (part 1 and 2). For some reason the test run does not retrieve the data.
What am I missing here? What things could I check?
Again, Much appreciation for all (Open)Insights.

Without wishing to do an egg-sucking class, have you test run against the ACTUAL data tables (you're offered the choice first time you test run).

OK and are the key parts bound to the data table? What happens if you build the form from scratch with just the keys and a data element using quick paint?

Make sure you can see the table (file) first. Go into system editor and try to open a row (record ) in the table.
If this is ok use Table Builder (off Tools menu) to ensure that the dictionary looks ok. Make sure there is a datatype for each column (there may not be if this has come from Arev).
Long shot, are there any MFSs on the table in Arev ?
Tony.

I just removed it. Good thing this is a test copy.
