Has only recently started happening.

Running arev 3.12.

Rebuild indexes and it seems ok for a while then the message returns. Multiple tables.

I hesitate to ask this, but have you checked the FLAG on the affected files? I had experience on one system where the SHARE FLAG kept getting reset to NON-SHARED - never found out why.
