Can anyone point me in the direction of a list of error messages, their meanings, and their usual causes? I think I've seen something somewhere but memory fails I've tried searching this list and knowledge base but have had no luck…. and I've got no manuals to hand.

Well, there's REVERROR.DAT in REVBOOT. There's also the FSERRORS_xxx in SYSPROCS (you can get them from INSERTS if in SYSPROG app). This is a start. Let us know if you need more.

so, I'm guessing this means that the index for this field was not created.
