QBFABS popup works sometimes....sometimes not??? (OpenInsight Specific)

This one will drive you nuts trying to figure out. First, make sure the call to the popup is being executed. Next, check the Status and reset it if it contains an error. What happends is if there is some type of error, even one that's not readliy aparent with a message, the call to popup does not work, it just passes right through.

It's an OI dialog box that appears when the WINDOW event QBFABS is called… sometimes.
It seems to be called if the Window event QBFABS does not have
a script attached. If the Window event QBFABS does have a script
and I do a FORWARD_EVENT I can't ever get the OI QBFABS dialog box
to appear…. and the QBFABS does not work.
Any help would be greatly appreciated…
