Entity does not exist error when saving Database (OpenInsight 32-bit Specific)

When I am attempting to save my database, I get the following error message: REP.300 Entity CRM*DBTABLE**DICT.CD89S1uP does not exist.
Please note: the '' in the above error message is actually one character (a box) and the 'u' is actually a 'u' with two dots over it.
This database was converted to OI from AREV 3.1.2, so it seems like corrupt data to me, perhaps not converted propertly. I've looked in the SYSREPOS but there is no corresponding entity, I really need to correct this as I cannot save my database image otherwise.

Try backing up the appname.DBT file, overwrite it with the SYSPROG.DBT file and reattach your volumes in the DB Manager.

It appears that it did not work. I reattached all 3403 tables and when I attempted to recreate the new application, the error popped up again.

Check the REVMEDIA file for the volume that the file that seems to be causing the problem is in. The ARev editor might be better suited for this. If the item ID has strange characters note the OS REVxxxxx file and any MFS in the descriptor, delete it and add the record id in manually with the info you noted before. Then start over with a fresh copy of the SYSPROG.DBT again.

You might want to trying unchecking the maintain columns in the repository checkbox. You can find that under File-]Application Properties. After unchecking the box, rebuild the repository index.

Sprez's suggestion sound good one - particularly as you have large number of tables.
Also you may wish to run SCAN_REP, sort by application - then just look at the problem entity values in your application, and as appropriate, delete.
