When attempting to define a new application in OI 3.1 we receive the REP119 message indicating:

"User SYSPROG does not have rights to perform operation 1 against entity SYSPROG*DBTABLE**TASK_MANAGER."

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated to get us pass the message so we can define a new application.

Try looking at the access rights of this entity and ensure it's set to PUBLIC. Depending on what it is, it might be jest just to delete the repository entry for it, detach then reattach the table. That will create a new entity.
