I am using OI 3.00 and cannot get Report Designer to execute. I've tried it from the Application Manager, from Windows "Run" utility, from the Tools Menu…. I got two messages re: missing DLL files – ODBC.DLL and MFCOLEUI.DLL. I have the REPORTER.EXE file. Don't the DLL files come with the system. What is my problem?

Some of the OI/Reporter installs may miss these files. What you can do is to:

1) Rerun the client install, which can correct the problem.

2) If that doesn't fix the error send me your email address and I will email you the 2 dll's
