Changing Date (AREV Specific)

I have a Customer (Bank) that has created a Form using Advanced Revelation to bill their Saftey Deposit Box holders. The person that set up the program has left the bank and they currently can't change the date. Customers that have bills due for Jan 98 still show Jan 97. How do you change the date in the program?
