Anyway It was suggested that I post my problem here. I noticed that

another person had the EXACT same issue!!

I reviewed your suggestions… I essence I did the same thing.

A NEW install of WIN95, A New 16bit version of NOTES 4.5.1 Client.

New Eval version of OI 3.7. And I still get the DLL error that the other user wrote about. I really would love for someone out there who

seen this problem and FIXED it.

I have been using REPORTER 3.1 (standalone) for about 5 years and I would occasionally have problems that a RE-INSTALL fixed.

This time no matter what i tried I get the DLL in your path Not found

error.

I know I have exhausted support on this but I am really stuck .
