Deployed runtime reports printing in huge fonts. (Reporter Specific)

I created a report which runs fine on my development system, but when the client tries to run it, it prints the report in huge fonts that take up several pages per page of information being printed. The only thing I have done that made any difference whatsoever was setting the default printer in Win95 rather than using the printer dialog in OI to select the appropriate printer. When I do this, the font printed is smaller but is still way too big. The font the report uses is nothing special, just a standard 10 point Arial, and the client does have this font installed. The report itself is a batch of invoices, each invoice is supposed to take up one page. No header or footer bands, just detail only. Any suggestions?

Jason,
I have seen the "font size changing" behavior when printing to anything other than the windows default printer. Unless, it is in the same family(ie HP and HP or Apple and Apple)The font problem I am speaking of has been fixed for the next release of reporter. If this is not what you are seeing can you tell me what versions of OI and what type of printers are being used. It sounds like this is a runtime, is it?Thank You

Setting the default printer did make a difference, but it still didn't completely fix the problem. Now my 10 point font went from printing 2 inches tall to only printing half an inch tall. I also installed the OI 3.6 upgrade to no avail. Is there a separate Reporter update patch I'm supposed to get? When would such a thing be available?
