BTREE.EXTRACT NOT WORKING WITH NLM (AREV Specific)

Used BTREE.EXTRACT as documented. Works just fine.
Installed NLM
BTREE.EXTRACT now abends with file not open message
Will not work unless I do a TCL LIST PROD (prod is the file)
Will work from then on until I enter DEBUG or OFF
….
I have done search in messages and knowledge base but no luck
Anybody with an idea of what I have done or not done?

Seems like pgm in pre-NLM environment allowed

while this is required in NLM environment.
