When trying to install OIPI on 2 NT 4.0 workstations the client had this to report to me after going over the install procedures…

"On My machine when trying to run the Setup program it showed the error "Wrong version of operating system, requires windows NT 3.51 (Build 1057 or above)" and after hitting OK it kicked out"

Can anyone help out with this? We have tried copying dlls to winnt/system, winnt/system32. We have tried registering and unregistering and re-registering (regsvr32).
