We have a customer using AREV 2.12 with 10 users licence (LANPack) on a Windows NT network. They installed NPP 1.5 a few days ago.

The application runs OK from DOS PC's and Windows'95 PC's. However, when the application runs from a Windows NT 4.0 (with service pack 3) PC the following error is generated whenever a report is displayed to the screen:

Fatal Error Writing R5412125.VF1 in file DOS

FS133

Undefined error during a read/write/delete operation.

OS File: 5

Status() :

ESC to terminate, Break to debugger? (ESC/B)

If we install NPP version 1.1.1.0 everything runs OK.

We are running a Novell network, and were able to replicate the exact same problem when we installed NPP 1.5.

We wouldn't like to use an earlier version of the NPP because of the "Group Calculation Error" problem in earlier versions.

Is there a fix to the LH2.OVL file, or a workaround ?
