Revelation Software recently posted a Knowledge Base article on Multi-Selecting Rows in Edit Tables in Order to Place the Selected Rows into Another Edit Table. The article neglected to mention the impact of using the UTILITY( "CREATE",…. ) function in a runtime application. As Revelation Software has mentioned on numerous occasions, use of this function is considered to be in violation of the licensing agreement. As with many other techniques described in the knowledge base, any application requiring the techniques described in this article must be shipped on full developent copies.
The same techniques described in this article can be similarly accomplished with listboxes without requiring the use of utility create. You will be limited to under 64K of data in the listbox.
