Screen freeze/locking (AREV Specific)

We run two copy of AREV on the different server volumes: 3.12 and 3.11 to run two different applications and both of them freeze simultaneously either on startup or exiting application or doing some other tasks sporadically. The site is networked with NetWare 4.11. We do not use the Revelation NLM currently.
Please advise.

How are the machines set up? Is background processing enabled on all machines? It sounds like it's not, so you are getting some sort of group lock error.
With the Win95 machines added into the mix, you need to run the NLM. Without it, you're guaranteed to have locking problems.
