I would suggest running the client install. The client install is located on the OpenInsight CD, or if you are a Works subscriber you can also find the install in the download section of the Works site.
Just run the executable, and your DLLs will be updated. The install needs to be performed on all workstations accessing OpenInsight.
If that does not work, and you are using Novell, you can also try installing the current Client for Intranetware, which can be found on Novell's site.
