FS 107 error msg (AREV Specific)

One of our sites is receiving a FS 107 error message after converting from a Novell to NT network; happens when the AREV 3.1 application is loaded from either the server or from a workstation.
Any ideas what this is and how to fix it?

FS107 is a read error.
Several things to check.
1. Have you changed the network driver? Login as AREV LANPACK and choose Network Driver from the menu.
2. Have the Arev users got full access rights to the NT Share?
3. Finally make sure you are running either the NPP (this shows up as All Networks Driver in step 1.) or preferrably the NT Service.
