I have a GFE in one of my tables.

"Table size, framesize and modulo mismatch error; table size/framesize modulo"

If I try to fix through OI I get…

"SSP271 The header of the table xxxx is corrupted. FIX_LH cannot continue."

I believe there is a method to correct this in AREV but do not remember the procedure. Can anyone outline. I have fixed GFE's

in Pick using the System debugger so am familiar with what I should be

looking for. Any insight is appreciated.

Bruce-

Have you tried copying the records into a new file?

How about using Arev, if you have one available? It sometimes does a better job of fixing Header problems.

Always back up first.

Hope it helps-

Bruce,

I think the command you were enquiring about is the 'Dump tablename' from TCL.

Mike,

I created a 2 new tables in OI then ran copy_row of the dict and data

table.

I also launched arev and attached and did the same thing with the copyrow.

All seems ok now. Thanks.

I think that's what we did last time.

Are you using any of the network products? If you're on a network you should be.

If you're standalone make sure write-behind caching is turned off.
