Revelation Software would like to officially announce the end of support for the OpenInsight 16-bit product line. Regular support for the 16-bit versions of OpenInsight will end effective August 15, 2003. Support will still be available on a per-incident basis.

As per long standing policy, Revelation does not support versions of its products that have been released more than one year earlier. With the tremendous change from 16-bit to 32-bit, we had extended this support beyond the normal one year term, to a period of eighteen months. All registered users will receive a follow-up letter to this posting within the next few weeks.
