NTSSERIAL... Where is it?? (OpenInsight Specific)

Have you performed just the NT Service install to this point? That is, have you also completed the OpenInsight Client installation (All Networks Driver/NPP)? This process is necessary to let the system know where to copy the NTSSERIAL subroutine to.
Do you have more than one copy of OI on the NT Server? This would cause the NTSSERIAL subroutine to only work in the copy of OI the Client install pointed it to.

What I had meant was, yes the All Networks Driver (NPP) already ships with newer versions of OI, but the NTSSERIAL subroutine is (I believe so) on the diskette that comes labelled as Network Performance Pack. This disk essentially installs the All Networks Driver, which OI already comes with. Yet, it also installs the NTSSERIAL subroutine to your the OpenInsight directory which one specifies during the InstallShield.
In short, the NT Service comes with the NT Service and NPP diskette. The NPP diskette installation is not necessary to utilize the service providing the application is one of OpenInsight However to install the NTSSERIAL subroutine to your SYSOBJ table, you must run the entire install.
