It happens most often when saving an existing record.

The workstation can resume its normal processing without having to reload the AREV.exe in another os thread, i.e. arev performs a reset, then everything is ok.

What is a fs456? Is it related to slow/poor workstation server response, connectivity to the network?

I have not gone to the site yet to look @ the NLM statistics yet.

The system has been in good shape for the last 9 months.

Any help would be appreciated.
