Invalid page faults are almost always Windows system errors, having nothing to do with the application itself. This is not an error that comes up from ViP, so it looks more like too many applications running, or not enough memory or virtual disk space.

I've seen memory violations & failures which VIP does not always report (with detail). Why not run a background memory monitor ute which is another good thing).
