Automatic launch of CTO app on OI startup (AREV Specific)

Is there a command that I can put in an OI startup that will launch my arev32 CTO app without my client having to manually launch the CTO window from the OI menu? I don't want to have them use the Revcmd.exe option because they want to use the OI printing capabilities. I have not worked with OI so I don't know anything about OI startup programming.

OpenInsight allows you to establish an "entry point" form for the application. This will automatically launch when you run OpenInsight in runtime mode. From the Application Manager click on the File-Application Properties menu item. Near the bottom left corner of the dialog you'll see a button labeled "Setup Entry Point". You can use this to select the CTO_STANDALONE_FORM (or the AREV32_STANDALONE_FORM).
To run OpenInsight in runtime mode you can add /DV=0 to the shortcut command line.
