1) OI does not generate code - the last Rev product to do this was Rev G and even then only if you asked nicely :).
2) If you have a development copy of OI you COULD generate forms directly - the structures are documented by Sprezzatura in a series of Technical Bulletins made available to Works members. Generating from a runtime would be a license violation as it would indeed be in Arev.
