Only certain users are having to have their passwords reset and no commonalities between them to help pinpoint what it might be.

Background information:

-The client uses Windows server 2000 and they're using All Networks Driver version 2.1 for OI

- Confirmed and not using the password expiration feature. I've webexed and watched them reset passwords for the users with the issue.

- We've deleted these users who were having issues and added them back into the system even and still it's a problem

- We've tried changing them to "System Administrator" instead of "User" in DB Manager

- We've checked the security rights at the OS level - and made sure that flag all files under OI as read-write-sharable (not just the REV files)
