Lost information in Rlist (AREV Specific)

In running an Rlist program that we have used before I am finding that when we search a spicific client for their records we get the right infromation. If we sort the same information with all our clients we don't get the same information. The numbers are in the system, they are just not all being dropped into the report. Using AREV 2.1 on an NT system with Win 98 Clients. No other problems but this one is a real big problem. Any suggestions?

If the file has btree indexing on it, and the report selectes by indexed fields, create alias fieldnames and sort by those instead (ie. on the non-indexed fields).
