We are looking for suggestions on how to provide a fill-in-the-electronic-form function that will fit on a floppy disk. This data would then be brought in for importing to OI.

We have looked at Adobe PDF, which allows the creation of forms, but it does not appear that the free reader will allow the end user to save their input. The user would need their own full product.

Any other ideas? Are we wrong about PDF?
