I'm a bit confused. When you use any driver but the NPP, you instead of station ID 123456 you get 6534321?
As for getting the machine name, the NPP will do that because of the protocols it uses. The other drivers will use the station ID. Don't know of a way around this except for the set station ID programs that float about.
