WINDOWS NT NOT WORKING WITH NOVEL CLIENT 4.5 (AREV Specific)

We are using an arev application called RCOM. It works fine on windows NT with Novell Client 4.1. After we installed the Novell Client 4.5 the RCOM application no longer works.
