RDK-Full System deployment problem (OpenInsight Specific)

Okay, We finally needed to get a grip on the RDK and attempted a Full System deployment of one of our marketed applications.
Several times in a row it produced a system error during the Entity Extraction phase and the entity being extracted was always REPORTER. The System Errors dialog said FS100: Record "C:\REVSOFT\OIWG350\" does not exist.
C:\REVSOFT\OIWG350 is the directory where our development version of OpenInsight is installed (obviously version 3.50). We were extracting to D:\BUGBASE and most of the application was already created by the time this error occurred. I can't figure this one out. Any ideas?

Don,
The error (which should tell you what entity it failed on but does not) means that you have an OS file pointer (for example, a bitmap entity) with a null sub-key.
run rlist "LIST SYSREPOS JUSTLEN 50 WITH TYPE=IMAGE' AND WITH SUBKEY=' BY @ID", 1

Yep, that was it. After fixing about four of these (although none were native to this application, three were from SYSPROG) the extraction went to completion without stopping. Hooray!
However, there are other problems with the deployment which I'll put in a new post.

Don,
And I still have a small snigger, (emphasis on the word small, as frustration takes over soon after), every time I go back to what now must be on of the most infamous RTI posts of all time, where Boris states that the version 3.1 release of OpenInsight's RDK is now 'bug free', and 'fully operational'.

Before I started to ask my questions I did a search of the discussion base for all posts with "RDK" referenced, just to make sure the ground wasn't covered.
The above post was one of the earliest dated and then to see all of the following posts regarding problems with the RDK seemed humorous (at least to those who don't need this thing to work).

The error reporting for this issue has been improved for 3.6.
