Hi All,
newbie question # 6I'm a newbie to OI. Just purchased OI 9.1 and have some questions that I generated going thru documentation, the website and just trying some things.I will post each as a new topic, so that they can be treated individually.TIA for helping with your ideas, suggestions and comments.Running OI 9.1, on a win xp client. The server is a windows 2000 server box, running Unidata, and an application called Manage 2000.I see in the documentation the ability to produce reports in pdf and text formats, but do not see any pre-defined ability to output in tab-delimited format.Any add-ons or built in ability to produce tab-delimited output for reports?thanx,
ron

Ron,
The basic report writer and RUN_REPORT let you output in CSV.
There is a third party tool that exports on tab, but I'm not sure about the current policy on self-promotion, so I shouldn't really mention it.

I think self-promotion is an OK thing. Part of contributing to a forum such as this means that some business might come back your way. If it turns out that the person/organization doing the self-promoting is offering bad advise, lousy products, huge prices, etc. the rest of the forum will speak up, and the forum will be self-correcting.
I will take a more in-depth look at your site.
thanx,
