8.03 upgrade how (OpenInsight 32-Bit)

I have my development copy of OI and associated DLL updated to 8.03.
What is the best way to upgrade all the run time DLLs that I have (both the single user one and my customers multi-user engines).
Can I do the following:
Make a backup of my development engine and then for each run time in turn.
(1) Copy run time oengine.dll (8.01) to my OI 8.03 install directory.
(2) Get an authorization code from Revelation
(3) Apply the upgrade to my OI install directory.
Will this work applying the upgrade again and again to the same directory that has already been upgraded to 8.03? Will applying the upgrade, upgrade the old (8.01) engine to 8.03?
Is this the best way to do this?
