Borders on when borders are off (OpenInsight 32-Bit)

I find that when I set borders off on an editline, the borders are on when the window is created. They only go off after the record is read. Am I doing something wrong?

Wayne,
Did a quick test in 4.1.2. Same result as you. I haven't tried 4.1.3.
I read Revelation's been working on repainting lately (Jim?). I do hope they'll fix the following, or that it's already fixed in 4.1.3:
- Stuff from underlying window (buttons?) bleeding through MDI frames
- Control borders not being correctly repainted after you move (or close???) a dialog box.

Is this a problem that has shown up recently, or has it been around a while? I want to get some idea if it might be something I introduced in the transparent bitmap work, or if it is an older problem that hasn't been looked at yet.
Thanks!
Jim

Which one of them?
The two I mentioned are old ones. I saw them last in 4.1.2. (I haven't downloaded 4.1.3 yet.)
I can't remember having heard about Wayne's problem before, but perhaps people don't use borderless controls much. I don't. So perhaps that's an old one too.

Oystein,
Ok, they are on my list (all 3). And I really do have a list that I really do try to fix everything on. I haven't gotten everything, but I try...Jim

Jim,
Great.
For all I know that bleeding through thing might be difficult to reproduce, but the others are easy.

FYI, the borders problem has always been a problem in OI. It's not new.

Wayne,
I know problems with borders go a long way back (at least to OI 2.6, according to my landfill of electronic notes). But I can't remember having seen your particular version before. Never mind.
