I have converted a 8.0.8 system to OI9.4

One of the upgrades in that progressive path was the "all in one 8.0.8 to 9.2."

This upgrade showed error in the upgrade log.

I carried on with the rest of the version updates to 9.4 and the system appears to run ok. BUT!

Anyway here is the log with some weird errors.

Any advice as to what I should do would be welcome.

Was the EXAMPLES application removed from the original 8.0.8 application? Or was SYSPROG.DBT and/or EXAMPLES.DBT modified?

I think it is easy to explain half of those errors on the missing EXAMPLES application and I suspect the other errors are similarly related, but not relevant. There might be some missing entities as a result but I don't think your application needs them. That said, I have never had an all-in-one upgrade work perfectly. There has always been something that is amiss so I've become accustomed to upgrading one version at a time
