"Internal Table API error. The dictionary was not saved."

Got this when saving an existing table in Table Builder. Any way to fix? What does it mean? LH verify shows no errors.

It is a small table, so I tried deleting it and re creating it in table builder. Recreated the table, opened a form and added data, no problem. Opened form builder and retrieved the form that uses the table and got the message that the dictonary is read only.

Opened table builder, and the dictionary rows are not changable…read only. Tried to 'save' and got the Internal API error message.

What's going on?
