I install Windows 2000 server with IIS 5.0, my web server works well, I install OI with WDP and copy oicgi of the directory of OI to \inetpub\scripts\oicgi.exe followed the steps just as it indicates it in the guide of installation of WDP, I run OI with the window INET_GATEWAY, when I am making the call and execute the URL like it is indicated in the manual, the browser deploys the following message
Server Is Not Available or CGI Not Has Access Rights
In the Knowledgebase I found the manual Web step for step and all is ok, I found the document that has the problem that I describe, exactly so proceeded to carry out the changes in the Register in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\W3SVC\Parameters adding CreateProcessAsUser=dword:0000000 recording the register and I try again but the problem doesn't disappear, display the same message
Could somebody help me?

German,
Make sure that the user is logging with 'anonymous' access and that this user is IUSR_ and has administrative rights. After doing so, you may need to stop the service and restart it.
