I'm familiar with calling external DLL's if that is required. But you should really have a built-in function for this (if you don't already)!

The OpenInsight Help System 9.2.1 contains the Programmer's Reference Manual. When I use the Search or Index feature of the system and enter "RTI_LOCK_OWNER", there are pointers to both the What' New and the RTI_LOCK_OWNER function.
