Watch a demonstration of the SCM (Source Code Management) tool available in OpenInsight 9.2.1. The video walks through enabling the tool, showing how it interacts with the system editor, and how to compare past versions of a routine. In the final video section the SCM is used to apply versions to routines and then assign those routines into modules for deployment from the RDK (Runtime Development Kit). The video shows how SCM can cover all aspects of your code's life cycle.

By the end of the demonstration you will be able to utilize the SCM to improve the quality of your code and deployments.

The SCM tool was first released as part of OpenInsight 9.2.1. Feedback and comments are welcome in helping shape future versions of this tool.

Cool new tool. Will be really great when the other windows, controls, popups etc are included in at least the module.
