In doing an upgrade today I found a strange behavior.

I created a repository view with no problem which contained a program called "CHECK_MODEL_VER". When I made the deployment, however, the object code was missing. I checked the SYSUPGRADE table and for sure the SYSOBJ entry was missing as well as the STPROCEXE.

I checked both the SYSOBJ and the repository, but both entries existed.

I checked the repository view again, and the entry was there.

So I created a repository view and a deployment with only the program "CHECK_MODEL_VER", and low and behold, the SYSUPGRADE table had both entries.

Any ideas?
