Does not happen all the time.
Printer is a HP printer on the network (IP Printer).
They are running under NT with OI running in a separate memory space (they also tried running it in the shared 16 space)
Any ideas?

They are running Win 2000 Professional, service pack 1.
They use 2 network printers and one local printer. On one network printer they are using HP LaserJet 4100 PCL5e version 4.3.2.89
The other network printer and local printer they are using HP LaserJet 4100 PCL6 version 4.3.2.89.
These are the latest on HP's site.
It happens on all the printers.
This is how the GPF occurs:
(1) Open reporter.exe
(2) Open a report.
(3) Print preview.
(4) Print.
While printer is still printing do the following
(5) Open a new report.
(6) Print preview.
Reporter GPFs at this point. It does not happen every time.
I cannot reproduce this on my machine, any ideas anyone?
