OI 10 Icon on Shortcut bar - Windows 10 (OpenInsight 64-bit)

Has anyone seen an issue where the blue OI 10 Icon does not display properly on the Windows 10 taskbar?
It shows as a plane white document icon.
The OI 10 shortcuts all appear on the desktop correctly but dragging any of them to the taskbar causes them to display incorrectly. The shortcut on the taskbar still works correctly.
If I go to the properties of the shortcut on the taskbar, the properties point to the correct icon.
If I change the ICON to something else in OpenInsight, it still shows the incorrect icon.
OpenInsight is the ONLY shortcut(s) on the taskbar that behaves this way.
I have searched for answers in the web but have found none.
On another Windows 10 system that I have, it works correctly, and initially it did on this one as well. I'm sure it is probably related to some Windows update, but I cannot find anything about the error.

Well!
Now the little sucker is back again!
I suspect it was a Windows 10 update that broke it and a subsequent Windows 10 update that fixed it.
Gotta love Microsoft!!
Better check my printer driver … almost every update breaks it!
All is well with the world …. until it's not!

I spoke too soon,
It has disappeared again. It was there yesterday, but not today. No Windows update has run since it was last visible and I haven't installed anything either.
Restarting my computer doesn't help.
I have tried changing it to another ICON (just some random Windows ICON, and they do not show either.)
As I said, OI is the only one that I'm having this happen with.
