I have a arev user who is getting the following msg ..

r9945246.vf2 when they do a 'list'. They can read the record but listing is verboten ..

Is this something to do with the sort file? there is something familiar about this

The .vf? files are for the "viewer", which is the scrollable report results on the screen. (Remember Init.View or Init_View or something like that?) These files are probably stored in a path specified in the environment, but I cannot remember for sure. Aaron Kaplan recently responded to a similar question (maybe on Compuserve) but I cannot remember the answer he gave.

BTW If you did not, you should post this question in the Arev section, since you will likely get more responses there.
