When doing a search or goto line in a large program, the editor sometimes greys out, the laundry cycle starts, and a small box flashes on and off at different places on the screen - too quickly to see what it is saying. This can last a minute or so, then everything goes back to normal. Slightly annoying if you're in a hurry, but no damage is done.
